Most of the episodes of NANNY basically revolve around one single theme and that is that Maxwell really is attracted towards Fran and there is a sexual attraction between the two. This theme of the program can be seen in a number of NANNY episodes. The second part of the theme rotates around “C.C.Babcock” another character which is interested in Maxwell as well and tries a lot in the whole program to gain some importance in the eyes of Maxwell. She is also jealous of the fact that Maxwell is attracted more towards the heroine of the serial Fran.
The initial episodes of the program were the building up programs. The starting stage of the program was designed in such a way that different characters were being introduced and situations were being created. “Smoke gets in your lies”, is the most famous episode of all time which belongs to the initial stages of the show. In this program the character Brighton is caught by Fran smoking and then the nanny on dvd shows her grandmother “Yetta” another character, to Brighton as a warning and advises Brighton to stop smoking or else the results can e really devastating. Mueller is another character and the role is played by “Cloris Leachman”.
Another situation is in its developing stages when C.C tries to become notable person in the show and she takes Brighton, Benjamin and grace to the zoo where they all enjoy a lot. But at the end of the day the story becomes sad because of the broken affair and C.C stars to believe that the nanny dvd is only close to the family because of the fact that Maxwell pays Fran for her time and attention she is giving to the children. Suddenly the nanny on dvd left the family and then Grace went to look for her NANNY but when the nanny dvd enters the house of Fran, there she sees the wedding of another character Butler. On the other hand the mother of Fran plays her role and start telling the people that Maxwell has married her daughter Fran Fine. Here comes another new character who was the gym instructor of Fran
